How to Choose the Right Board and Train Program

I want my dog to be able to travel, visit breweries, and be well-behaved in public. The Bone, our 20-day Board and Train program for dogs may be for you.
I want my dog to be able to walk off-leash and respond to commands irrespective of the environment we are in. The Toy, our 30-day Board and Train program for dogs may be for you.
My dog has serious behavioral issues and I don’t know how to handle it. The Hike, our customizable Board and Train program may be for you.
Our Board and Train Program Options
We offer four different Board and Train programs. All dog training and boarding programs include:
A 1.5 hour going home lesson
Lesson handouts to take home
Email or phone support during training
An e-collar, slip lead, treats, and a place board
The Biscuit – 15-Day Board & Train
- Basic on-leash obedience foundations training
- Dog learns basic commands and gets trained on loose leash washing
- We work on building focus around mild or moderate distractions
- We show how to stop minor nuisance problems such as jumping, nipping, or barking
The Bone – 20-Day Board & Train
- Everything included in the 15-day program, but with an increased focus on minimizing or eliminating nuisance behavior
- We use the extra time to get your dog to be comfortable and well behaved in public
- We also use this time to address mild reactivity or anxiety issues
The Toy – 30 Day Board & Train
- Off-leash training foundation
- We train your dog on basic commands on and off-leash
- Your dog learns how to eliminate distractions and pay attention to you in any environment
- We will also work on addressing more significant nuisance behavior and help with anxiety issues or aggression
The Hike – Behavior Modification Program
- A custom design program
- Last 6 weeks or more
- We determine the root cause of your concerns, build a plan to address it, and then execute on training according to your dogs needs
- This program aims to help your dog lead a happy and healthy life by overcoming behavioral challenges
